The original (and more particularly the extra salty variety) is by far the best pretzel available for purchase. No comparisons. I live on the west coast having moved from central PA, and the extra salt survives cross-continent shipping. If you are picking these pretzels up at your local store, the standard-salt original variety is possibly the better option.
