- Are your packing peanuts biodegradable? Yes, they are if placed in water they will dissolve for easy disposal.
- Where do you ship? We ship only in continental 48 United States. Please see our Shipping and Returns Policy for more information.
- How long are the pretzels good for? We guarantee our product six months, or the code date on the bag of pretzels.
- Do you still give free tours of your bakery? We no longer give free tours at our bakery for food safety reasons. Our retail store is still open; however, we are closed to the public due to COVID-19.
- When will I get my order? We ship most orders in 2-5 business days, and most orders are delivered by the carrier 3-12 business days after they ship from us. Please see our Shipping and Returns Policy for more information.
- Where are you located? We are located at 1550 Bowmansville Rd., Mohnton, Pa 19540- 9420. Our google listing is updated and accurate.

- Are you kosher? Yes, all our products are certified by Lancaster County Kosher, except for the chocolate coated pretzels, which are not Kosher.
- Do we have coupons? Yes, we occasionally have coupons. We will list them on our website and send an email blast out and you may also see them on Facebook or Instagram.
- Do you make a Gluten Free pretzel? Currently we do not make any gluten free pretzels.
